Recover with support

If you lost your authenticator and your recovery codes, the support team verifies who you are before resetting two-step verification.

Request received

If an account exists for that address, support will contact you through a contact method already on file.

They verify your identity first. Staff never ask for your password or a code. Until then your account stays as it is.

Activate your account

You were invited to the member portal. Choose a password, then set up two-step verification. The link works once.

Every account signs in with a code from an authenticator app. Google Authenticator works, and so does any app that reads these codes.

Save your recovery codes

If you lose your phone, each code signs you in once. Keep them apart from your password.

Sign in with your email, your new password and a code from Google Authenticator. The invitation link no longer works.

This link cannot be used

Invitation links work once and expire.

Ask the person who invited you for a new link. If you already activated your account, sign in instead.

Then confirm it is you with a code from Google Authenticator or one of your recovery codes.

Every device that was signed in is now signed out.

An admin reset two-step verification on your account. Enter your password, then add STRATEGIC to Google Authenticator again. The link works once.

Your new authenticator works now.

Sign in with your email, your password and a code from Google Authenticator. Your old recovery codes no longer work; keep the new ones you just saved. The link no longer works.
